Astana Hub has announced the launch of applications for the fifth, anniversary season of Tech Orda. Kazakhstani citizens aged 18 to 45 will have the chance to receive a training voucher at accredited IT schools across the country and gain skills in one of today’s most sought-after digital fields – including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, software development, data analysis, Cloud & DevOps, GameDev, product management, and UI/UX design.
The program is implemented with support from the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Funding covers up to 500,000 tenge per student, and applications will be accepted through September 7, 2026. Prospective students can apply and browse the full course catalog on the astanahub.com platform.
Since its launch in 2021, Tech Orda has trained more than 12,500 specialists. Monitoring data shows that 90% of economically active graduates are currently employed, earning an average salary of roughly 725,000 tenge – about 43% higher than the national average. More than 3,200 graduates have used the program to change careers and enter the IT industry.
Tech Orda alumni have gone on to work at over 1,200 companies, including Kaspi.kz, Halyk Bank, Freedom Finance, Kolesa Group, Kcell, EPAM Kazakhstan, Yandex, Wolt, 2GIS, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, and Accenture. The program places particular emphasis on regional access: more than 30% of participating IT schools are based outside the capital, helping expand access to quality digital education across the country.
