HER VENTURE is a TechnoWomen program designed to support women founders and accelerate the development of technology startups. The project helps participants move from idea and prototype to a sustainable business model, strengthen their product, prepare for pilot launches, and attract partners and investors.

Within the program, participants received practical training, mentorship support, expert feedback, and the opportunity to present their solutions to the professional community during the final event.

HER VENTURE Finalists

YerAIPrep – affordable IELTS preparation and a unified platform combining services for studying abroad. The project received private funding.

Tobi AI – an AI-powered virtual employee for small businesses, automating customer service and increasing operational efficiency.

Odos App – Vision Coach AI ecosystem that tracks vision changes, creates personalized prevention plans, and integrates an ophthalmic marketplace with a QR service.

CrossFX – a fintech platform for currency risk management designed for small and medium-sized businesses.

Meditrack – a universal digital solution for lifelong storage, analysis, and interpretation of medical data using AI.

Checkdoc – a service for medical checkups and tests with home visits, fast results, and online doctor consultations. The project received funding from Yandex Cloud.

Foody AI – an AI-based personal nutrition assistant that recognizes food from photos and automatically maintains a food diary.

Results and Impact

HER VENTURE has become a platform where promising ideas turn into real products. As a result of the program, participants:

  • Improved their products and prepared them for pilot implementation and scaling

  • Gained access to experts, partners, and investment opportunities
