TechnoWomen held its first regional conference

On February 17th, 2024, the TechnoWomen NGO held its first regional conference at the Karta Hall in Abylkas Saginov’s presence. The event, under the motto of “Together into the Future: Education, Innovation, Equality“, was organized in collaboration with the university and brought together a diverse range of participants from various fields and professional backgrounds.

The event was divided into two major sections: TECHNOGIRLS, which aims to engage girls in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education, and Digital Transformation and New Opportunities for Sustainable Business Development. 

Representatives from TechnoWomen expressed their heartfelt appreciation for the excellent organization of the event and the warm hospitality extended to all the participants at the conference. 

Additionally, we would like to extend our gratitude to the following partners and contributors for their significant contribution to the successful completion of the event:

– Akimat (Government) of the Karaganda Region

– The Commission on Women’s Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy, under the leadership of the Akim (mayor) of the Karaganda Region;

– Women Entrepreneurs;

– Students from colleges and universities in the region;

– The International Center for Private Entrepreneurship (CIPE), for its generous support and status as a sponsor of the conference.

We are pleased to inform you that, during the TechnoWomen Conference, Abylkas Saginov, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, reflecting shared efforts in the fields of STEM education development and supporting women in technical fields.
