RoboTechnoGirls 2026 Robotics Tournament: Robo-Sumo Challenge

On 29 July, participants of the RoboTechnoGirls 2026 educational programme will take part in the Robo-Sumo Robotics Tournament, one of the programme’s most exciting milestones, where they will put their newly acquired knowledge and skills into practice.
After several weeks of intensive training, the girls will showcase the robots they have designed and programmed in a series of competitive matches. Each team will bring its robot into the arena, demonstrate its engineering and programming capabilities, and apply strategic thinking to outperform the competition.
The tournament represents an important stage of the educational journey, combining technical expertise, teamwork, creativity, and decision-making under pressure. Beyond the competition itself, it provides participants with valuable hands-on experience, strengthens their confidence, and encourages further interest in robotics, engineering, and innovation.
