Early Career Development Program in Digital Technologies and AI
AqylTech is a large-scale educational initiative by TechnoWomen aimed at developing digital skills and building early career pathways in information technology and artificial intelligence.
The program primarily targets young people under the age of 35 and contributes to preparing a new generation of specialists for Kazakhstan’s digital economy.

In 2025, 6,264 participants successfully completed the AqylTech program and received certificates.
The program covers all regions of the country:
