TechnoWomen Astana: A New reality with AI

TechnoWomen: More than 1,500 women have learned how to use AI in life and business!

On September 10, 2024, TechnoWomen, a non-profit organization with the support of the USAID Project for the Development of Entrepreneurship and the Business Environment and the Astana Hub International Technopark, summed up the successful completion of the #SheInnovator project aimed at teaching more than 1,500 women from all over Kazakhstan the basics of digital transformation and the use of AI in life and business!

From January to September 2024, 9 regional conferences with master classes and trainings were held, covering cities such as Almaty, Atyrau, Aktau, Semey, Petropavlovsk, Shymkent, Oskemen, Kyzylorda and Astana. The participants received a large amount of useful knowledge and skills, which they have already begun to apply in their work, achieving significant results.

Many participants gave feedback with a request to continue training in an online format so that even more people would have the opportunity to develop their digital skills. We are listening carefully to your wishes and are already working to expand access to this valuable knowledge!

The project helped the participants to master important digital skills, inspiring them to take new steps towards financial independence. Also, within the framework of the event, an agreement was signed on joining the Competence Center for the Development and Implementation of applied solutions based on large language models of the Kazakh language (KazLLM) using Artificial Intelligence and with EPAM Solutions LLP to develop its own platform for community members
