On April 4, 2025, as part of the Year of Working Professions, the TechnoWomen delegation visited the city of Kostanay. As part of the visit, a tour of the Agromash Holding [@amh.kz] and Allur Group [@allur.kz] enterprises took place, as well as a meeting with the president of the plant Dinara Shukizhanova, following which a memorandum of cooperation was signed.

We discussed the implementation of joint educational programs for female employees of the plant, covering such areas as technology, cybersecurity, e-commerce, the basics of artificial intelligence and digital literacy. An agreement was also reached on the possible opening of a regional TechnoWomen chapter in Kostanay based on Agromash. This will open up new opportunities for women in the region – to learn modern digital skills for free and develop professionally.

The plant itself made a special impression: since 2020, the enterprise has undergone a major transformation and has become a truly modern production hub. We witnessed a historic event — the official launch of the production of self-propelled, trailed and mounted John Deere equipment at the Agromash Localization Center in Kostanay. This is an important step in the development of domestic mechanical engineering, the result of the work of the entire enterprise team.

Today, the plant has created all the conditions for employee development: a modern coworking space, an agrotheque, free meals, training at Allur University, as well as the construction of dormitories for employees from other regions.

At the end of the visit, TechnoWomen experts and leaders held a master class for plant employees on the topic of digital security and the use of artificial intelligence in production. Such meetings not only inspire, but also open a real path to new competencies and career opportunities.

TechnoWomen thanks the plant management for the warm welcome and high interest in developing women’s potential in the manufacturing sector. We are sure that this is only the beginning of long-term and productive cooperation!
