The corporate culture of TECHNOWOMEN serves the following purposes:

  • Consolidation of all TECHNOWOMEN members into a single team with common values and goals, philosophy and a common direction of movement;
  • Creation of new opportunities and promotion of TECHNOWOMEN participants, their projects, businesses and initiatives at the country and international levels;
  • Striving for high principles of business ethics;
  • Formation of an innovative and entrepreneurial culture in TECHNOWOMEN, which will promote collaboration among TECHNOWOMEN participants, the development of high leadership, business and intellectual qualities;
  • Increasing the motivation of girls and women participating in TECHNOWOMEN for self-realization using advanced technologies, as well as the formation of an active citizenship.

The Code of Corporate Culture is a guide for all TECHNOWOMEN members, regardless of the status of participation and position held, as well as the forms of involvement in the activities of TECHNOWOMEN.

1. TECHNO WOMAN’s Philosophy and Values

At the core of the TECHNOWOMEN brand philosophy is a value system that is closely linked to the brand. Values reflect our strengths and determine the priority areas for the development of corporate culture. Our values must be shared by all participants, which contributes to the development of the corporate culture of TECHNOWOMEN.

The core corporate values of TECHNOWOMEN are embedded in logo as an abbreviation of a twisted spiral in the form of a flower and the letter W. The main call: “Be smart, innovative, well-doing and unique women”.

Slogan used in conjunction with the logo is “Join the news generation of women”.

A responsibility
Speaking on behalf of Technowomen, its members comply with the norms and rules of business and moral and ethical behavior, act in the interests of Technowomen, strengthening its image, without taking actions that damage the interests and reputation of organization.

Trust is the highest priority of TECHNOWOMEN. Technowomen members show mutual trust and respect for their colleagues, avoiding discrimination, neglect, aggression, rudeness and boorishness, addressing each other politely, without familiarity and profanity. Each of us contributes to the strengthening of Technowomen’s relationships with all stakeholders. We strive to avoid conflicts of interest through free, responsible ethical choices. We make every effort to introduce and develop in Technowomen social responsibility, the spirit of mutual understanding and cooperation, tolerance for others and tolerance for other people’s opinions.

Honesty
Each TECHNOWOMEN member must guarantee the accuracy of the information she provides, as well as maintain confidentiality and ethical attitude towards initiatives, information, projects and ideas discussed within TECHNOWOMEN. We strive for transparency in all our affairs and treat each other with honesty, only in this way can we achieve the impeccable reputation of our TECHNOWOMEN. We maintain confidentiality and take a responsible approach to non- disclosure of commercial and official information about members, partners and friends.

Technowomen ensures the availability of resources and information, the conditions for the active participation of its members in the implementation of its mission. Provides an opportunity for collegial decision-making, taking into account the interests and needs of all its members and stakeholders, providing timely information about existing problems and their possible solutions. 
Annually publishes an open report on activities for the past reporting period and a program of activities for the next one. Technowomen is open to constructive criticism and learning from their mistakes.

Free exchange of experience and knowledge
The main source of TECHNOWOMEN knowledge is its members. The free exchange of knowledge and experience between our members contributes to the development of an innovative entrepreneurial and educational environment. At the same time, any information of a confidential nature must be kept secret and not distributed to third parties outside TECHNOWOMEN. 3.1. Relations between TECHNOWOMEN participants.
Our participants build relationships with each other on the principles of equality, mutual respect and kindness. In the TECHNOWOMEN community, we encourage initiative and
responsibility. Our participants take the initiative into their own hands and choose their own actions, their attitude to others and their mood. 3.3 Relations with government agencies TECHNOWOMEN, realizing the social significance of the results of its activities, adheres to the principle of openness of information about its work, strives to build and maintain stable, constructive relationships with government agencies.
TECHNOWOMEN management makes every effort to prevent corruption and other illegal actions, both on the part of government agencies and on the part of TECHNOWOMEN.
3.4 Public relations TECHNOWOMEN strives to serve society, supports programs aimed at improving the knowledge and education of girls and women using advanced technologies, promoting gender equality, digital transformation and the development of a new intellectual generation of women, as well as other social programs.
TECHNOWOMEN strives to establish constructive relationships with organizations (public, non-governmental and others) in order to improve public relations aimed at improving the quality of human capital in the In the Central Asian region and around the world.
3.5 Corporate events and holidays One of the important elements in the formation of corporate culture is the holding of corporate and festive events.
The main corporate event is the TECHNOWOMEN Forum, which can be held by region with the prefix indicating the city.
The purpose of the TECHNOWOMEN Forum is to unite and promote women studying and working in the field of high technology!
Tasks:

1. To develop a professional community of women in the field of high technology;

3. Promote the education of girls and women in STEM disciplines, programming, robotics, computer design, e-commerce and other related disciplines in demand;

5. Create a dialogue platform for discussing the most pressing issues digitalization of the economy.

3.6. The image and style of the TECHNOWOMEN participants.
TECHNOWOMEN participants are encouraged to adhere to business style norms that support the respectable and professional image of TECHNOWOMEN.
TECHNOWOMEN participants must adhere to the rules of business culture of behavior, as well as in internal and external communications, including telephone and through social networks, messengers, etc. All communications should be conducted in a calm, polite tone.
When participating in meetings, meetings and other TECHNOWOMEN events, it is necessary to adhere to business and digital etiquette, as well as norms of behavior that will become an example for the younger generation of women.
3.7. Anti-corruption TECHNOWOMEN openly declares its rejection of any form of corruption and other illegal activities aimed at illegally obtaining property and non-property benefits.
TECHNOWOMEN management pursues a unified policy in the field of combating corruption, obtaining material or other benefits from TECHNOWOMEN participants, preventing theft and deliberate damage to inventory, distortion and forgery of financial statements and other reporting, abuse and abuse of official authority, negligence and inaction in work.

TECHNOWOMEN management conducts periodic internal trainings, regular explanatory work, consulting, receiving requests and appeals from participants on issues of corporate culture, ethics and conflicts of interest, conducts instructing participants in cases of real conflicts in order to resolve them correctly.
