On April 14, 2026, the AQYL TECH / IT AIEL QOSTANAI 2026 forum was held in Kostanay at M. Dulatov Kostanay Engineering and Economics University. The event brought together experts, entrepreneurs, and everyone interested in technology and artificial intelligence.
The forum was supported by TechnoWomen NGO, Astana Hub, the Center for Civil Initiatives Support, the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the National Commission on Women and Family and Demographic Policy under the President of Kazakhstan.
During the opening, organizers emphasized the importance of developing digital skills in the regions. Today, technology and artificial intelligence are becoming an integral part of everyday life, and the key goal is to make this knowledge accessible to everyone.
As part of the program, Qostanai Hub Director Damir Mnaidarov spoke about opportunities for startup development in the region, highlighting its strong potential and readiness to support young entrepreneurs.
Financial expert and TechnoWomen leader Galiya Orazalinova addressed the transformation of the financial landscape, noting that artificial intelligence is already reshaping financial management and opening new opportunities for growth.
The practical session was conducted by Natalia Abramova, co-founder of the AI PR studio Ozgeshe. She shared hands-on tools and emphasized that earning with AI is now accessible to anyone willing to learn and apply new skills.
The forum concluded with a Q&A session, where participants actively exchanged ideas and discussed real-life cases.
More than 120 participants attended the event. The AQYL TECH / IT AIEL project continues to serve as a platform for digital skills development, knowledge exchange, and launching new initiatives.
