Regional Project Competition within AqylTech / IT-Aiel

Five Regional Initiatives is a competition designed to support regional projects developed by graduates of the AqylTech / IT-Aiel program. The initiative aims to identify and promote solutions that enhance digital skills, financial literacy, and the application of artificial intelligence among young people, including rural youth and young women.

The competition is an important part of the AqylTech / IT-Aiel mission – expanding access to digital opportunities and building a sustainable regional development ecosystem across Kazakhstan.

On October 28, 2025, the Competition Commission convened in Astana to review the submitted projects.

On October 31, an online presentation session was held where participants presented their initiatives, answered questions from the commission members, and demonstrated the depth and relevance of their solutions.

All projects showed a high level of preparation, strong relevance to regional challenges, and a genuine commitment to addressing real social issues.
