STEM Education Program for Girls
RobotechGirls is a social educational initiative by TechnoWomen aimed at fostering girls’ interest in robotics, engineering, and digital technologies.
The program focuses on reducing the gender gap in technical fields and building sustainable motivation among schoolgirls to pursue STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
About the Program
In 2025, RobotechGirls delivers a free robotics training program for schoolgirls in Astana.
More than 100 girls are participating in the program, gaining knowledge and practical skills in:

fundamental principles of robotics

algorithmic and engineering thinking

basics of construction and programming

teamwork and project development

presentation of technical solutions
The training is practice-oriented and conducted using modern robotics kits and interactive learning formats.
