NGO TechnoWomen and UN Women signed a contract to provide professional services in the field of cybersecurity for women in Central Asia.
The project aims to increase women’s awareness of digital security and develop tools to protect against online threats such as cyberbullying, phishing and data leaks.
The following activities are planned under the contract:
- Training for more than 150 trainers from organizations and government agencies in Central Asia on cybersecurity and digital violence prevention.
- Training female employees of KAZPOST JSC in cybersecurity using online courses and creating educational video materials.
- An information campaign reaching more than 2 million people, including the production of 5 videos in Russian and Kazakh about the basics of cybersecurity.
- Organization of a final online conference about the results of the project.
