Bikesh Kurmangaliyeva

General Director of the Digital Economy Development Center LLP, a subsidiary of Kazakhtelecom JSC, Member of the Board of the IT Managers Community of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Member of the International Academy of Informatization (IIA), Member of the Public Council of the MDDIAI RK.

She has a PhD degree in computer science and software, and is a member of the Satbayev University Dissertation Council.
Bikesh devoted her entire career to the info communications industry. She was engaged in the automation of the banking sector, transport, and telecommunications sector. While working at the Kazakhtelecom JSC, she was engaged in the digital transformation of the company.
