Ainur Tulepbaeva

Project Management Director of QazCloud LLP

Ainur was born in Almaty, received her higher education at KazNU. Al-Farabi, specialty – “Jurisprudence”. After graduation, Ainur continued her career as a lawyer in the Moscow office of the American law firm White & Case, and later in the Almaty office of the same company. In 2015, she joined Sanofi, one of the global leaders in healthcare, as a lawyer for Central Asia
and the Caucasus. Since 2017, Ainur has been working in the QazCloud team, where she was involved in building corporate processes and structuring transactions. Moreover, she advised on the development of Cyber Shield and the construction of a DPC (Data Processing Center) using the most innovative and environmentally friendly technologies in the world.

In 2020, Ainur became the administrative director of QazCloud and holds this position to this day. During this time, she has successfully implemented the optimization and digitalization of
HR activities, legal and corporate processes, thereby reducing the influence of the human factor in work by 70%. Using modern personnel assessment tools, she formed a management culture, an effective development environment for more than 500 employees of the company, where 49% of the management personnel are women.

Ainur is constantly involved in social projects for the development and support of women together with international institutions such as the UN, UNESCO, etc.
