On March 4, registration officially opens for the national online educational programs IT-Aiel and AqylTech – large-scale initiatives aimed at developing digital skills among women and youth across Kazakhstan.
The training is fully online and completely free of charge. No prior experience in IT or technical background is required – participants can start from scratch.

IT-Aiel – Empowering Women of All Ages
The IT-Aiel program is designed for women throughout Kazakhstan, including unemployed women, mothers on maternity leave, mothers of many children, and pre-retirement age women.
The program has already demonstrated strong impact:

1,535 participants have secured employment or launched careers in artificial intelligence and digital technologies
IT-Aiel creates real social mobility opportunities by equipping women with in-demand digital skills and opening new career pathways.
AqylTech – Digital Skills for Youth
AqylTech is designed for young people aged 18–36. The program is implemented in 17 regions of Kazakhstan, including rural areas and single-industry towns, ensuring equal access to modern education.
