The Digital Bridge 2025 forum in Astana witnessed a historic moment for the women’s technological community. The non-profit organization “TechnoWomen” summarized the results of its large-scale AqylTech and IT-Aiel programs, proving that the future of AI and the digital economy in Kazakhstan already has a female face.
The projects, implemented with the support of the National Commission for Women’s Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Astana Hub technopark, reached over 10,000 participants. This is not just a figure – it represents 10,000 new specialists in the fields of AI, digital marketing, and financial literacy.
Strategic Alliances: Foundation for the Professions of the Future
On the sidelines of the forum, the “TechnoWomen” community solidified its ambitions by signing three major memorandums of cooperation. These partnerships will become a catalyst for the development of the IT-Aiel and AqylTech initiatives:

Central Asian Artificial Intelligence Association (AICA) – integrates participants into the epicenter of the region’s AI development.
Together with these partners, we are expanding learning opportunities, helping women and youth master prompt engineering, AI chatbot creation, and cybersecurity.
“AI for the Family Economy”: Thought Leaders and a Sea of Insights
The panel discussion “TechnoWomen Central Asia: AI for the Family Economy” became one of the brightest and most attended sessions of the forum. Speakers and experts discussed how artificial intelligence technologies help optimize household management, manage finances, and open new career horizons for women aged 40+. “We see colossal growth: the share of women in ICT specialties has risen to 20%, and in telecommunications – up to 46%,” the organizers emphasize.

The most emotional moment of the forum was the awarding of prizes to the best of the best. From hundreds of submitted projects and essays, the expert commission selected those who showed exceptional perseverance and talent.
