On May 28, 2025, the cities of Karaganda and Abay hosted a large-scale educational event – the “AQYL TECH/IT AIEL QARAGANDY 2025” workshop program. The events were aimed at supporting youth and women striving to master modern technologies and increase their economic independence.
Project Results and Goals
The completed workshops marked an important stage in the implementation of a massive project covering 17 regions of Kazakhstan and 3 cities of republican significance. The main focus was on the following areas:

Financial Literacy: Participants learned budget planning and personal finance management skills to reduce debt levels.

Digital Skills and AI: Experts demonstrated how to use Artificial Intelligence to improve quality of life and develop business projects.

Cybersecurity: Issues of data protection and minimizing financial risks in the digital environment were discussed.

E-commerce: Participants gained knowledge about modern digital tools and in-demand professions.

The events took place at two venues: the Saginov Karaganda Technical University and the city of Abay.

Financial Accounting at the Start: Nurgul Beksultanova (Fingwin) explained exactly what a budding entrepreneur needs to calculate to avoid failure.

Earning with AI: Natalya Abramova (AI PR Studio “Ozgeshe”) conducted a workshop on creating content, graphics, and websites using neural networks.

Careers in IT: Aliya Orazymbetova (“Technowomen” Central Asia) gave advice on entering the IT sphere.

Digital Competencies: Bikesh Kurmangalieva (LLP “Digital Economy Development Center”) presented an overview of the new skills required in the modern economy.
A significant outcome of the meetings was the signing of memorandums of cooperation with the companies Wooppay, Flip, and LLP “CIT “Orleu”.
